I help schools think clearly about AI.

Every engagement is designed in partnership with a campus leader, and shaped by where your school is in its AI journey.

What schools call me for

Your leadership team needs a shared direction and playbook for AI.

We build a common vocabulary, a clear sense of the scope of the work ahead, and a mission- or values-based position for your community. Where trust has frayed, a listening tour surfaces what people are actually experiencing.

Your faculty range from early adopters to firm resisters.

Workshops move teachers past reactive resistance toward judgment about appropriate use. They build four literacies (functional, rhetorical, ethical, and pedagogical) and the structures for ongoing experimentation, including with up to date developments.

Topics: general orientation · AI history · case studies · learning science · ethics of AI

Your departments are asking what AI means for their discipline.

Department sessions facilitate reflection and experimentation, helping teachers explore how to design learning experiences in a time of AI, whether that means math and science teachers using agents for more interactive practice or humanities teachers designing lessons that leverage or avoid AI tools.

Your board is divided, or anxious, or both.

Sessions with trustees stay at the strategic and generative level: building confidence in the school's work, thinking on a five- to ten-year horizon, and reconciling conflicting viewpoints within the board itself.

Your parents want to know what the school is doing about AI.

Parent evenings are education events. They can be a standalone guest speaker event or pair with a school leader sharing the school's own approach.

Your students are already experimenting and want to engage.

Sessions with students either build AI literacy or listen for what they have learned from their own experience at your school.

Ongoing advising and coaching

Across all of these, I work with heads, academic leaders, campus AI facilitators, and committee chairs as an ongoing advisor on AI and the change management it requires.

How an engagement works

  1. 01

    A conversation

Together we discuss where your school is in its AI journey and explore what your needs are.

  2. 02

    Objectives and a plan

Together we set what the work should accomplish and who should be in the room.

  3. 03

    The work, where you're ready

We engage at the level your school is ready for, either building foundations or looking ahead.

Formats

60–90 minutes

A session built around specific objectives.

Half day

About three hours to go deeper into one or more topics.

Full day

A plenary opening, then sessions tailored to topics or groups.

Multi-day institute

Collective workshops blended with hands-on breakout sessions.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.
